Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of pufftransfers.com and any orders placed with Jiashan Mona Printing Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By submitting an inquiry or placing a production order, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations and orders

Quotations are based on the artwork, quantity, raise height, fabric type, and shipping destination you provide. A quotation becomes a binding order only after both parties confirm the Pro Forma Invoice (PFI).

2. Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. Non-standard substrates, custom Pantone matching, and metallic or specialty finishes may carry a higher MOQ, which we will state in the quotation.

3. Lead time

Standard lead time after artwork approval and deposit receipt:

Sampling: approximately 4 working days.
Bulk production: approximately 7–10 working days.

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by national holidays, raw-material availability, or shipping conditions. We will communicate any material delay as early as possible.

4. Intellectual property

You warrant that the artwork you submit is either owned by you, licensed to you, or in the public domain, and that producing transfers from it will not infringe any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party IP claim arising from artwork you supply. We will not reproduce another customer's artwork and treat your artwork as confidential.

5. Quality

Every order is inspected by our QC team at print, cure, and packaging stages before shipment.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any order is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses including loss of profit, brand damage, or downstream production costs.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
